Ingredients

  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 300g assorted wild mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 20ml truffle oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
