Ingredients

  • 500 grams pork (shoulder or belly)
  • 200 grams sauerkraut
  • 100 grams millet
  • 200 grams carrots, diced
  • 200 grams potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • Sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add pork chunks. Cook until tender, approximately 1 hour.
  2. Remove the pork, shred it into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add chopped onions, diced carrots, and potatoes. Cook until softened.
