Ingredients

  • 500g flaky white fish (like cod or tilapia)
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 250ml water
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Fresh chili or chili oil (optional)
