Ingredients

  • 200g Spanish chorizo, sliced
  • 150g lentils, rinsed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
