Ingredients

  • 500 grams smoked brisket, chopped
  • 400 grams pinto beans, canned
  • 240 ml barbecue sauce
  • 960 ml beef broth or water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Sliced jalapeños, for garnish
  • Cornbread, for croutons

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the smoked brisket in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add pinto beans, barbecue sauce, and 4 cups of water or broth to the pot.
