Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 200g baby potatoes
  • 150g mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g pearl onions
  • 500ml beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by forming the beef into thick patties and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown the patties on both sides. Remove and set aside.
