Ingredients

  • 300g mixed meats (beef, sausage, ham)
  • 100g pickles (diced)
  • 150g olives (mixed)
  • 2 medium onions (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 ripe tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 liter beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Fresh herbs (dill or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the ingredients: chop the meats, pickles, and vegetables.
  2. In a large pot, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
