Ingredients

  • 450g lean ground turkey
  • 100g edamame (shelled)
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g quinoa (dry)
  • 1 liter low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
