Ingredients

  • Miso paste (50g)
  • Wakame seaweed (10g)
  • Tofu (200g)
  • Green onions (3 stalks)
  • Shiitake mushrooms (100g)
  • Water (1 liter)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice the tofu into cubes, chop green onions, and slice shiitake mushrooms.
  2. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the wakame seaweed and simmer for about 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the sliced shiitake mushrooms and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat and add the miso paste to the pot, stirring until fully dissolved.
  6. Add the cubed tofu and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes to warm the tofu.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
