Ingredients

  • 500g pork shoulder, diced
  • 300g beef, diced
  • 200g smoked sausage, sliced
  • 500g fermented cabbage, drained
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add assorted meats (such as pork, beef, and sausage) and brown on all sides.
