Ingredients

  • 500 grams carrots
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 liter vegetable broth or water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. Begin by chopping the carrots into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon bits and set aside, leaving the fat in the pot.
