Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300g smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 500g potato pierogis
  • 200ml sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (dill or parsley)
