Ingredients

  • 300g thick udon noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Chopped scallions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
