Ingredients

  • 500g Italian sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 400g canned tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 200g polenta
  • 50g butter
  • 100g grated cheese
