Ingredients

  • 500g chicken pieces (bone-in recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons hawaij spice blend
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
