Ingredients

  • 300g lean beef, diced
  • 150g kale, chopped
  • 200g white beans, drained
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating a large pot over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Once hot, add the diced lean beef and brown it on all sides for about 5 minutes.
