Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
