Ingredients

  • 500g beef
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 400g potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by dicing 500g of beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat, then brown the beef on all sides.
  3. Add 1 large onion, chopped, and cook until translucent.
  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of paprika and cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 bell pepper, diced, then mix well.
  6. Pour in 1 liter of beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add 400g of diced potatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cover and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours until the beef is tender.
  9. Add fresh parsley before serving for extra flavor.
  10. Serve hot with crusty bread.
