Ingredients

  • 500g lamb, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1L beef broth
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 200g asparagus, trimmed
  • 150g peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat. Add diced lamb, browning on all sides.
