Ingredients

  • 200g cod fillet
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bulb fennel, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1L vegetable or fish stock
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and fennel, sauté until soft (about 5 minutes).
