Ingredients

  • 200g Italian sausage
  • 400g potatoes, diced
  • 150g kale, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 800ml chicken or vegetable broth
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
