Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté 1 cup of chopped celery over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
