Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup pearl onions
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
