Ingredients

  • 500g beef (cubed)
  • 2 large onions (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear beef pieces until browned on all sides.
  2. Remove beef from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, add butter and sauté onions until caramelized and golden.
  3. Return the beef to the pot with onions, then stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
