Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop 2 large cucumbers and place them in a blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/4 cup of fresh dill, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into the blender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the soup is too thick, add a splash of cold water to achieve desired consistency.
