Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 200g black beans, drained
  • 200g kidney beans, drained
  • 150g corn
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Shredded cheese, for serving
  • Chopped green onions, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Stir in chopped bell peppers and cook until they begin to soften.
  4. Add canned tomatoes (with juice), black beans, kidney beans, and corn to the pot.
