Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 200g sausage, sliced
  • 1 can (400g) white beans
  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown chicken thighs on both sides.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pot, add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
