Ingredients

  • 2 kg beef or chicken bones
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
