Ingredients

  • 500g fish or chicken fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 250ml white wine
  • 1 liter chicken or fish broth
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
