  • 200g dried white beans
  • 150g corn
  • 300g diced pork
  • 200g smoky chorizo, sliced
  • 250g diced squash
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional spices (paprika, cumin)
  • Chopped scallions for garnish
  • Crusty bread for serving
