Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 100g reishi mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 30g astragalus root
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and sauté until browned.
  2. Add sliced reishi mushrooms, ginger, and astragalus root to the pot. Stir for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes to let the flavors meld.
