Ingredients

  • 900g heirloom tomatoes
  • 500ml vegetable broth
  • 250g burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

  1. Start by washing the heirloom tomatoes and slicing them into halves or quarters based on size.
