Alkaline Zucchini & Cucumber Soup

Ingredients

  • 200g zucchini
  • 150g cucumber
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 30g cilantro
  • 200ml water

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: zucchini, cucumber, avocado, lime, cilantro, and water.
  2. Wash and chop the zucchini and cucumber into small pieces.
  3. Peel and pit the avocado, then scoop the flesh into a blender.
  4. Add the chopped zucchini, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, and water to the blender.
  5. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lime juice or salt to taste.
  7. Transfer the soup to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
