Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by breading the chicken: dip each breast in flour, then egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
