Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon extra cayenne pepper sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
