Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams fresh spinach
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish
  • Optional: boiled eggs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of grated ginger to the broth and stir well.
  3. Once simmering, whisk two eggs gently in a bowl.
