Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 grams turkey breast, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 200 grams spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped turkey breast and sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
