Ingredients

  • 500g beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 400g diced tomatoes
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 300g potatoes, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown the beef cubes on all sides.
  2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
