Ingredients

  • 600g shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 120ml buffalo sauce
  • 240ml heavy cream
  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
