Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating a large pot over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and peppers. Sauté until they soften, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the diced steak to the pot, cooking until browned on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes.
