Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  • 500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
