Ingredients

  • 500g beef bones
  • 300g beef (brisket or flank)
  • 200g rice noodles
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 dried chili peppers
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, perilla)
  • Lime wedges

Instructions
