Ingredients

  • 200g bacon
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add diced onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped potatoes, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
